In providing you with information and confidence you will be able to make the best choices for you and your baby. Our workshops are informal, interactive and lots of fun.

We recognise the importance of the birth partner and highlight their key role and how they impact on the birth experience.

We have been involved in antenatal education for over 20 years. Our workshops not only provide knowledge but also an excellent networking opportunity to meet people who are experiencing the same life changing event. Our friendly open learning environment encourages you to build on friendships, many of our previous groups continue to meet and are on their second or third babies.

Why Instructions Not included?
We are an established business and have been running Instructions Not Included for over 5 years. All midwives & doctors running the sessions will have cared for a woman and her partner in labour in the weeks leading up to the course, whilst the course is running and for years to come! Midwives teaching do not work in the community environment and the course reflects this, concentrating on their expertise of labour and the immediate postnatal period.
